We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You must provide us with the name on the card, the card number, and the expiration date on the card.

We will accept either check or draft. You must make the check or draft payable in U.S. Dollars.

BACK ORDERS

Back orders will be invoiced at the price at the time of shipping. We try to maintain stock on over 2,000 items all the time.
If we are out of stock on something you have ordered, we ask for your patience. We will ship the item within 24 hours after we receive it. (The expected date on your order is based on the best information available at the time of the order).
You can cancel a back order at any time except for special order items. (Note: Items paid by credit card are only charged at the time of actual shipment.)

DROP SHIPMENT

We will drop ship for you to any place in the world.

DAMAGED GOODS, OVERAGES, SHORTAGES

Order Form

Please inspect the shipping container upon receipt of the shipment. In the event of damaged merchandise, overages, or shortages, please notify us immediately. We will respond promptly.

RETURNED GOODS

Order Form

If you wish to return merchandise, notify us of the reason before doing so. All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of our invoice.

MASSACHUSETTES RESIDENTS

Order Form

A license to sell ammunition is required for Massachusettes residents on shipments of cases and bullets.

EXPORT ORDERS

Order Form

We will export in any place in the world that the United States Department of State will allow us. There are restrictions concerning ammunition components. We must apply for an export license. This takes from 30 to 60 days. There is a service charge of $250.00 for processing the export license.

If your country requires an import certificate, we will need the original or a certified copy of the original certificate. If your country does not, we need an original letter stating your country does not require an import certificate. This letter must be stamped with an official government stamp.
